Personal Goals


  1. Drink more water everyday
  2. Take care of the skin – basic cleaning and moisturizer
  3. Eat fresh cooked food as much as possible
  4. Eat a fruit everyday
  5. Avoid outside food especially oily, excess salty and overly spicy
  6. Listen to music everyday
  7. Have a sleep routine
  8. No matter how many minutes but exercise everyday
  9. Read Books. Can try Audio books if time doesnt permit to read
  10. Declutter your Room, sort your Wardrobe and keep your house tidy
  11. Pay off a part of your debt
  12. Save more than last year each month
  13. Try New receipes
  14. Put all your documents in a proper file both soft copies and hard copies
  15. Set up monthly budget and make your own personal accounting
  16. Make a list of things you need and want. Ensure you buy what you need and delay the want items as much as you can
  17. Try budget travel this year and focus on saving this time
  18. Spend time with family everyday and especially on weekends
